Mobile Software Solutions
Terms & conditions
The terms governing use of the Mobile Software Solutions website, project enquiries and the information we publish.
Last updated
1. Scope and contact
These terms apply to your use of www.mobile-software-solutions.com (the “website”). References to “MSS”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mobile Software Solutions. You can contact us about the website or these terms at info@mobile-software-solutions.com.
The website presents our product strategy, design and software engineering services and selected client work. These are website-use terms, not a software development agreement. Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement with the contracting parties identified in that agreement.
2. Services, prices and proposals
Service descriptions, estimates and project examples are general information, not a binding offer. Prices shown in US dollars are indicative starting points, not a quotation or a total price. The scope, platform, integrations, third-party costs, applicable taxes, payment schedule and delivery milestones will be set out in your written proposal or agreement.
Published timelines are planning estimates and depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback, access to required materials and any external dependencies. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not reserve delivery capacity, create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.
Project-specific provisions on deliverables, revisions, acceptance, payment, cancellation, warranties, support and ownership must be agreed separately. These website terms do not replace or amend an existing client agreement.
3. Enquiries and meetings
Please provide accurate contact information and only share material you are authorised to disclose. Use the initial form to describe your goals at a high level. Do not submit passwords, access credentials, payment-card details, health information or other sensitive personal data.
An initial enquiry does not establish a non-disclosure agreement. If your project requires confidential disclosure, ask us to agree suitable confidentiality arrangements and a secure exchange method before sending that material. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
Introductory meetings are arranged through the linked booking service. Please use the cancellation or rescheduling options in your booking confirmation if your plans change. A booking is not a commitment to a project start date.
4. Acceptable use
You may browse the website and use its contact features for legitimate enquiries. You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or misleading activity.
- Send spam, malicious code or material that infringes another person’s rights.
- Attempt unauthorised access, bypass security controls or interfere with the website’s operation.
- Impersonate another person or claim authority to represent an organisation without permission.
We may take proportionate steps to restrict abusive use and protect the website. If you discover a security issue, report it to our contact email without accessing other people’s information or disrupting the service.
5. Intellectual property
Original website content, design and MSS brand assets are owned by MSS or used under permission or licence. Except where permitted by law or an applicable licence, you may not reproduce, adapt, redistribute or commercially exploit them without the relevant owner’s permission. You may link to the website and share links to individual pages without implying an endorsement.
Client names, trademarks, app interfaces and store screenshots belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify products in our portfolio. Product descriptions summarise publicly available store information; a portfolio listing does not imply that MSS owns the product or has an exclusive relationship with its owner.
You retain your rights in material you send us. Providing it allows us to review and use it to respond to your enquiry; it does not transfer ownership. Rights in commissioned work are determined by the applicable project agreement.
6. Third-party services
The website links to services such as Calendly and app stores. Those websites are operated independently and have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content, availability or subsequent changes. Check their terms before using them or providing information.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable care with the information we publish, but the website may contain errors or become outdated, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or reasons outside our control. Please confirm any information that is important to a project decision directly with us.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information or from the operation of independent third-party websites. This does not limit obligations under a separate client agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, or removes mandatory consumer rights or other statutory protections.
8. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter previously agreed project contracts.
If you have a concern, contact info@mobile-software-solutions.com so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law and the competent courts are determined by the rules that apply to your circumstances. These terms do not restrict any mandatory right to bring a claim or complaint in your place of residence.
